Looky here Darklings ...Jeepers it's been so long since I've done a make up tutourial. I dont do super official style ones. I just give ideas on contouring, colouring and bases but I find even a walk/through/talk/through on make-up does help when you're a lil stuck.

eye shadows: poison purple by sugar pill, royally fucked by miss x
eyeliner (crayon & liquid): Illamasqua

eyebrows: grey shadow by miss x
Ok, I start with cover stick under eyes (a tip amelia arsenic once mentioned) blend it in, then line eyes with black crayon. i then use miss x white as a base for my eyelids, makes the pigments more vivid (in painting terms its like priming the canvas), then i used poison plum by sugar pill with a biiig soft bristled brush creating an arch shape that follows natural contour of my eyelid. Then I used the vivid lose pigment eyeshadow by miss x royally fucked over the top with a smaller finer brush. depending on how I feel I some times blend with my finger tip or, out line with an angled brush. Go with your mood I say ^.^ once you're happy with the colour and eye shadow, I some times add some lighter colour to coner of my eyes, like a pearlescent white, or shimmery silver (like lumi or tiara by sugar pill). After eyeshadow I like to create a cat's eye look with liquid eye liner. Little pointed corners in the corner of my eyes and big flicks on outer edges. If you ever mess it up and it doesnt look symertircal, make it a-symertrical on purpose and stun every one ^.^ (little betty boop/clock work orange style fake lashes down the bottom etc)
After that I like to add loads of mascara, then to finish put cover stick on what ever you feel you must cover. Then does your face in translucent pressed powder for that creature of the night eerie look.
See not so hard is it???
(I do face powder last so i can wipe the fall out of make up off my cheeks with out it smudging into the powder. Pritty nifty huh ???)
